Portsea Fans ships from Germany to destinations within Germany as well as the Netherlands.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time: Delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. No customs duties apply for deliveries within the EU.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply.
